Snow Riding The Basin will be the only trail open for skiing and boarding today and across the long weekend through until Monday. Private lessons only now available and Snowsport School lessons meet at the Basin. Terrain Parks All terrain parks are now closed for the 2009 snow season. Groomed Runs Basin. Lifts Operating 2 lifts are set to open today through to Monday - Basin T-Bar for skiing and boarding and Kosciuszko Express for access to the Basin and Main Range. From Tuesday the Kosi Express will open for sightseeing and access to the backcountry. Bureau Forecast Sunday: possible snow showers on the peaks. Monday: mostly fine Tuesday: What's On The Thredbo Leisure Centre is open from 8-7:30pm. Mission Inflatable and waterslide are open from 12-6pm. Duck into Thredbo Sports Valley Terminal where there are deals to be done on snow gear. Thredbo Museum open across the weekend from 1-5pm. Located in the Bogong Room, lower level of the Thredbo Alpine Hotel. Sunday music on the green - Thredbo Valley Distillery have the Kirrawee High School Stage Band performing from 10am - 12.30pm ph: 6457 1447. Thredbo Bobsled open daily 10am - 3pm weather permitting.
