TIME II RIDE SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

Returns Policy

A refund, exchange or credit can be given where goods:

  • are faulty
  • have been wrongly described
  • are different from a sample shown to you, or
  • do not do what they are supposed to.

Please choose carefully...
We do not normally give refunds if you:

  • simply change your mind, or
  • make a wrong decision.

Receipts need to be retained as proof of purchase.

New items being returned must be received in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Any used faulty products will be assessed by the supplier and/or Time II Ride and will be either repaired or replaced at their discretion and may have to follow the suppliers returns authorisation process.

Shipping Policy

Products will be sent by registered post with Australia Post and transit times will vary depending on destinations. Larger orders including snowboards will be sent with our courier TNT and will require a business location with fixed operating hours for delivery.

International destinations will be quoted on a case by case basis.
